10 Best Butt Workouts | Bikini Body Series WEEK ONE

Happy Friday everyone! 

With my best friend and amazing personal trainer, Laura Varney, we decided to do a 12 week fitness program to help everyone get ready for summer bikini body time!

These are workouts that can be done at any level and are equipment free, but can be made more difficult by adding weights or more reps. 

The first video in our workout series is our 10 Best Butt Workouts For A Beyonce Butt! These workouts are meant to strength and lift your booty. Please repeat each workout three times and do this series of workouts once a week!
